@calmoni.cookingvideos: Crepe Spaghetti 🍫🍓 INGREDIENTS 2 eggs 200 ml milk 200 ml sparkling water (or regular water) 200 g all-purpose flour 25 ml oil INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form. 2️⃣Add the egg yolks, milk, sparkling water (or regular water), flour and oil. Mix just until everything is combined. Don’t overmix. 3️⃣Lightly grease a non-stick pan before making the first crepe. After that, you don’t need to add more oil. 4️⃣Cook the crepes on both sides until lightly golden. As you stack them on a plate, cover them with aluminum foil to keep them soft. 5️⃣Stack the crepes, slice them into thin strips to look like spaghetti, then transfer them to a serving plate.
