Ok for everyone being confused: this girl is a minor, she legit walks from her apartment a few feet over to the store so theres no full hijab required (especially because she is underaged since the law doesnt require kids to be fully covered). Afghan women are not sitting in cages, you will see them walk around in cities go shopping etc but it doesnt mean their rights are extremely limited; they are not allowed to attend public schools or universities, they cant work, they cant make any form of money, they have extremely limited rights in courts (when it comes to ab*se, divorce etc), at their homes the male members could legit do whatever they wanted because there is no shelters for women to seek help, the country is basically ruled by MEN only, the kinda men who do not like women. Imagine living in a place youre not allowed to travel alone, drive alone, you have no income and no education. How do people say everything is alright just because women are outside shopping? Again no one is holding them
