I'm excited for the Neuromancer TV thing. As you could see the potential in the book. BUT I was nearly DNF with the book (and I've only done that with one book ever). Writing style I found hard to read.

I've read The Midnight Library and The Correspondent. I was annoyed by the first one - it was predictable and unoriginal and he hammered his point home so hard at the end I got a headache. The Correspondent was - dare I say?! - a bit boring. It was unlikely in so so many ways and if I'm going to read things that are a big stretch, it'll be sci fi or fantasy. I'd certainly not recommend it as a page-turner. Just an ordinary life. A few very unimpressive revelations.
