Perfectly refreshing for this summer 🤤 Ingredients: • 1½ cups long-grain rice • 4 cinnamon sticks • 4 cups boiling hot water + 1 cup water for blending the horchata + ¼ cup water for blending the strawberry purée • 2 lbs fresh strawberries (1½ lbs for the purée, ½ lb for garnish) • 1 cup whole milk • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk • 1 tbsp Mexican vanilla extract • Ice Instructions: 1. Add the rice and cinnamon sticks to a large bowl. Pour the boiling water over them, cover, and let soak overnight for the best flavor (if not overnight at least 4 hours) 2. Transfer the soaked rice, cinnamon sticks, and 1 cup of water and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth (2-3 minutes) 3. Strain the horchata mixture 2–3 times with a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large pitcher. 4. Add the 1½ lbs of strawberries and ¼ cup water to a blender. Blend until smooth, then strain into the pitcher. 5. Stir in the whole milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk until well combined. 6.
