It's from AC Revelations. If you listen closely at 0:37, you can hear Leandros say "You can have Altair's books, Ezio." It's the assassination scene at the start of the game, after Ezio hunts him down for one of the keys to Altair's vault.

assassin's creed is a game franchise created by abstergo in assassin's creed so since watch dogs is in the same universe as assassin's creed this would make sense

Abstergo is in Watch dogs etc.... our AC games are also just games for them with some cut content to not link Templars to Abstergo. In this Watch dog we actually kill Olivier Garneau, the in game headchief of Abstergo Montreal. (Abstergo being Ubisoft)
