Thank you for tackling this topic. The therapy growth that AI can give a person is unnaturally fast, no therapist would work with a person all week, for hours a day. They simply end the therapy session for the week. But with AI the pacing can be dangerous. Wish I could get into it more here but basically we aren’t ready for what’s at our fingertips hence making it dangerous if we don’t understand when it’s too much and can’t exercise self control; like with social media but much much worse
