I just found you through that video and I’m so glad I did. Not only are you talented with creativity oozing out of every pore, but to see you talking about your mental health is astounding. I just know you help people feel seen. I have OCD and I really really thought I was doing “better” and I feel frustrated with myself when I can’t maintain that level of control. It makes me feel like I’m regressing somehow. But healing is not linear!!! And this will not last forever.
