It used to be considered “common courtesy” to give the public a service announcement (literally PSA’s were a real thing LONG before Gen Z decided to change the meaning of every word in the English language to suit their own preferences and turn every common phrase into “slang” which… isn’t how that works but whatever, that’s a whole story of its own we don’t have time to dissect in the ever-shortening attention spans of the general population 😑) …in summary; as a society, we’ve lost our collective grasp on the concept of “community” as our natural/human “default setting” which continues to be problematic, as more and more people seem to lose touch with (or never develop) their sense of common courtesy as part of basic human decency… and this only further proves it. 🤦🏻♀️
