my favorite pre workout snack//meal is a slice of homemade sourdough with almond butter on top, some sliced fruit on top and a drizzle of honey. ill dip that in a cup of yogurt. does AMAZING work.

I don’t like eating before working out; makes me feel nauseous regardless of how many hours have passed so I always workout fasted. Personally I don’t see a difference at all performance wise compared to when I would use pre workout or eat simple carbs

I’ve been lifting for 10 years and can lift pretty heavy but growing my glutes has felt nearly impossible. It took me this long to realize that I wasn’t eating enough carbs so I’ve recently started eating more and I’m praying I finally see gains lol
