I think this guy is not really there for the money, sometimes you need visibility to drive more forward, buying his 20% back won't be a problem for him, and at the same time he got the strong backing he was looking for. it's a mind game and he did well, building a billion dollar company is not the problem, but having a strong backing is the real deal, that is why so many businesses need strong investors that have influence to back them
