The plan was simple. Me, Sam and Andre drove to Wales for a quiet weekend. Camped under the stars, went for a swim, watched the football with the locals and thought we’d head home Sunday. Unfortunately, we accidentally crossed into the Ancient Valleys after sunset. Within minutes we were challenged by a gang of goblins demanding a toll of three Tesco Meal Deals. Sam negotiated peace using nothing but a packet of Beef Hula Hoops. Andre disappeared for twenty minutes and returned wearing dwarven armour after winning an underground drinking contest. I was reluctantly crowned Protector of Snowdonia after defeating a 14-foot mountain troll in single combat using a folding camping chair. The Welsh accepted us as honorary citizens. We celebrated together, sang songs around the fire and watched the football while an elderly wizard loudly explained every offside decision before turning into a sheep at full time. By dawn the spell had lifted. The goblins vanished. The dwarfs returned underground. The dragon flew west.
