There are theories that Robin and Luffy are actually half-siblings, Dragon being their father. I’m not convinced because of all the time Robin spent with Revs during the time skip. But I think its a decent theory.

The ability to see the purity in Luffy’s kindness. The capability to slow down and see how Luffy treats others as equals - regardless of whether they’re a king or a child. Is the greatest delineator between those that say one piece is good, and those that say one piece is incredible. It’s easy to write 400 episodes of fighting and combat. But it takes a mind like oda’s to create a main character that never fails to teach the audience how to treat others as equals.

there isnt really a boring chapter in one piece but since its a long story, some parts are more memorable then others especially in larger arcs like this one
