I use to go to work no .matter what until I something bad happened to us and realized we're all just a number so no more working while im sick or anything I take off they must deal with it like they will deal with you once you made a mistake

it's supposed to be that when you have a job, you go to work and after a few hours you go home. but companies now make it seem like they own your whole life. because what you mean you have to feel guilty to take a sick day or have a family emergency. I thought working a job meant getting paid for your services but it's like selling your soul to that job. yoh

If someone called in sick, the only thing that concerned me that they are OK, because you never know what someone is going through and compassion is key to there well being, not to make that person feel guilty. We are all flesh and bone who feel and can get ill at anytime in a moment of breath we take... 🙄🙄
