I feel when one kid is on newborn toys and the other is into Legos they are you to struggle bond. I have 2.5 years almost exactly (5 days different) and I love it. I have a 4 year age gap with my siblings and I feel we never bonded until we turned to teen years. We just were all on different stages of life, and I feel that made us struggle to connect with eachother.

Me and my sister are six years apart which I know is a really long time but we did not get along growing up at all we are best friends now but until she went to college we pretty much did not like each other so I for sure would not wait that long personally 😂

I am pregnant with our 6th. I love a 2.5-3 year age gap. I personally do not like waiting until they are any older than that because it is like starting over. It gets easier and the closer age gap is worth it.

Our kids are 18 months apart exactly. We didn’t plan it that way haha. 2 under 2 is tough. BUT now that they are 3 and 4.5 they do EVERYTHING together! We can pick an activity they’ll both be happy with. I’d say our kids are close! But if there’s a third it won’t be for awhile 😅

Well, I actually have both. I had 2, 23 months apart and then I have a five-year gap and then I have another two that are 27 months apart. So they are 10,8, 3, and 9 months. I highly recommend keeping them close in age at least so that they can have a buddy. I love that I have the siblings that are close together and then now I love that I have the older siblings that can help take care of the younger ones. I will warn you though when they are close to age it is pretty much pure chaos and insanity until they are both three and up. You’re just always juggling so much but it gets soooo much easier when they’re older and they always have a buddy to play with. I recommend just getting it done but once you have two you’ll kind of know if you want to have more.

I feel the exact same way about pregnancy. I tell everyone i am genuinely a horrible pregnant person, like im just not myself. I just had my second baby in april, our kiddos are 17 months apart almost to the day and i LOVE it. Since ive had her everything has been amazing. Literally sunshine and rainbows everyday, however being pregnant with a toddler was SO hard for me. I would do close age gaps over and over again if it wasnt for how hard pregnancy is on me. Our next one i want at least a 2 year gap i think. 3 might be ideal. Dont let people scare you out of 2 under 2 tho. Just do what feels right and it will work out!🤍

I am the oldest and I am actually closer to my sister who is 6 years younger than me, and sisters and two brothers that are 11 years, 12 years, 13 years, younger than me and I am closer to them than I am with my sister who is 18 months younger than me

I’m not a mom, but my mom is a mom. My mom had me and my four brothers all of us two years apart show me from my oldest brother for two years. And then him from my brother two years and so on and so forth but a little fun fact is your the woman’s body takes two years to fully heal after pregnancy so if you want your body to fully heal, I would wait two years before having another kid but if you just wanna get it out of the way and then have like two or three children now that would also be an opportunity and I don’t know if it would also take you like two or three years to heal your body, but ultimately it’s your decision and you’re gonna be a great mom anyways you are a grateful so don’t let one person’s opinion. Take over your whole whole idea of pregnancy
