Can the employer refuse to sign off on employee’s recommendation letter (kinda employment letter no more than 3 months) to apply PR in Singapore which is one of the requirement as mentioned on ICA checklist? Not to mention nationality, who is a SPass holder and already 4years in legal residing. He(Employer) is procrastinating for PR application process. Seems like he doesn’t want to get more permanent resident in Singapore. Appreciate much for your respond!
