I filed pro se, BUT my cousin is an attorney and I’m meticulous about checking my paper work 5,6,7 times. I am waiting until I get fully discharged until I open any new line of credit, make sure I’m only using 30% of that and PAY IT OFF! Filing has opened my eyes about my spending habits and importance of credit in this country.

I’ve already asked my attorney in Oklahoma but he doesn’t know the answer. What if I am in process becoming a surrogate. I just started the process so I won’t actually get paid for another 6-9 months. And I’ll get paid monthly I believe. Will this affect a Chapter 7?
