a bit late but im on the same meds for my adhd and for me the medication really helped me but it does 100% have you forget to eat... but its not to bad.

I was on adderall and sertraline (adhd, anxiety) for a while. This doesn’t happen to everyone but for me personally it changed me and I stopped taking it because of this. Adderall was great most times but often days I felt so numb and emotionless. So it worked a little too well, the two of them together. If you notice any changes you do not like tell your doctor!

I was literally getting distracted the noodles I feel like it would be cold or maybe you just heat it up like a whole bunch so it would be super hot so you could make it through the whole thing idk what I’m saying but I’m super early😅

i’m so happy you got a diagnosis! i got diagnosed when i was 6/7 (lol) and was on meds from then until 24 and chose to go off them after finishing school

Congrats on your diagnosis! I'm literally in the same boat cause after many years, I recently (and finally) received an ADHD diagnosis aswell. It's definitely a huge relief, cause the process of trying to get a diagnosis as adult is non walk in the park for sure! 😭 I can absolutely relate to the comments you made about listening, cause my biggest ADHD obstacles are definitely time management,concentration and the endless amount of spiraling. I find that ASMR videos (including your ones), definitely help me calm down and reduce stress for as long as they can. ☺️💜
