I'm still unsure if mines working. I'm on my second week started on 0.5 and still on 0.5. I lost 3.6lbs in the first week but I feel that's purely down to a calorie deficit and getting my steps in between 8k-10k a day and using dumbbells at home. I do pee alot since, no side effects other than pins and needles occasionally. I can say no to certain foods which I almost would definitely would have said yes before. Still unsure if it's my lifestyle or Reta???
