🧅 "Time to Harvest the Onions!" One of the easiest ways to know your onions are ready is when the tops naturally fall over and dry out. Some of mine grew huge, while others stayed small—but every single one is worth harvesting! These onions actually cured right in the raised bed, so now all I have to do is brush off the dirt, peel away the loose outer skins, trim the roots, and they're ready to store or cook with. 🌱 Do you grow your own onions?
