I worked at a hospital. One of my coworkers was in an accident on her way to work and was admitted through the ER to the orthopedic floor for a broken leg. Our manager looked her up in the medical system and called up to her room to tell her she was being written up for missing her shift with such short notice. Needless to say she was fired
