The dog is an easy fix. Call the police, the owner said it bites, just report that the tenant brought an unwanted violent dog into the space with a baby. It’ll be removed within the hour and probably put down.

I know it's just a skit, but... bringing a dog with a bite history into a home with a newborn is seriously NOT okay... It's one thing to fight back against the adults, but don't put a baby in danger because of it 🙄

The 30 days don't start till they acualy give the proper notice. So just out of spite am staying till i get the proper notice. But not sure about the dog i think that would give them cause for a 7 day eviction not sure.

Ngl, just taking them to small claims court or getting a dog that doesn’t bite would’ve been fine, but getting a dog you’ve been told has a biting issue when you know there’s going to be a baby in the house and a recovering woman seems insane to me

child is not a resident especially if they are a newborn and as for the dog if it's against the rules then that 30 day notice is gone and even more so if they are the ones who own it

Getting a dog with a bite history is excessive, dog would’ve been GONE the second the roommate walked out the door for anything, store, work, etc. I love my dogs but hell no to biting
