It has taken me a great deal of courage to share my story, but I believe that even in the darkest moments, kindness can shine through the hearts of compassionate people. I have been diagnosed with throat cancer, and this journey has changed my life in ways I never imagined. Every day brings new physical, emotional, and financial challenges. There are moments when speaking is painful, eating is difficult, and the uncertainty of tomorrow feels overwhelming. Yet through it all, I continue to trust in God and hold on to the hope that healing is possible. The cost of my treatment, medical care, transportation, medications, and daily needs is far beyond what I can manage on my own. I am doing everything I can, but I have reached a point where I need to ask for help. Asking is not easy, but I have learned that accepting kindness is also a gift.
