It's the same thing different shape You're still using heat and smoke to cook indirect, I just like my steak burner because I like to control the fire, it's not as easy, there's a pellet smoker, but that's why I like it but it's the same thing fire smoke good

I love my pellet smoker too. I can make good BBQ on it. It can't match the smoke flavor and bark on my off-set though. It makes midweek overnight cooks amazing though.

Till it starts throwing codes and starting on fire while your asleep. I loved mine when I had it I won’t lie but it eventually happens to most. Full circle back to charcoal cooks and wood smokes. But I want them all lol!
