I think it’s ok to have different resumes if say you are a new graduate and want to target a couple of different industries. And I completely agree with this video. I think resumes should have some authenticity and I think that gets lost when AI is used for one particular job.

about a year ago, got direct experience in the same industry and no viewed at all cos I use to tell recruiter what I really did in my way even Im always a winner so I found out about this ATS stuff and now my resume is boring as f. just to survive the surge.
