I don’t get this argument of shooting someone because they drove towards you. Like suppose that were true, wouldn’t the car keep moving?!? In fact, in most cases, the acceleration will increase. The logical thing would be to move away from the car. Sometimes, they move away and still shoot from the passenger side. This all therefore seems like a complete lack of respect for human life.
