People always say they wish they had a fast metabolism, but honestly, they don’t know how frustrating it can be. 😭 I hate having a fast metabolism because people constantly tell me I’m “too skinny” or “not healthy” just because of how I look. I eat normally, but gaining weight can still be difficult for me. I know some people see it as a blessing, but for me, it’s something I’ve struggled with.

Easy Homemade Bread in 5 minutes🥖 (of course not, it took half my day!) There is nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked homemade bread 🌾✨ Crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside — and you don’t need to be a professional baker to make this easy bread! Save this post for later 📌 and let’s bake! 📝 Ingredients: 500g flour 375ml warm water (no hotter than 104°F / 40°C) 5g active dry yeast 1 tsp + 2 tsp sugar (3 tsp total) 1 tsp salt Oil for greasing the bowl 👩‍🍳 Instructions: 1. Add 500g flour to a bowl. In a separate container, pour 375ml warm water. Take a splash of this water into a small bowl, add 5g dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, and a few spoons of flour. Mix well, cover, and leave for 20 mins. 2. Add the yeast starter, remaining water, 1 tsp salt, and 2 tsp sugar to the flour. Mix well by hand or using a stand mixer. 3. Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough inside, and cover with plastic wrap. Place in a cold oven with a dish of boiling water underneath for warmth. Let it rise for 1 hour. 4. Take out the dough after an hour, punch it down, and return to the warm oven for another hour. 5. Take it out, punch it down one more time, shape it, cover it (so it doesn’t dry out), and let it rest on parchment paper at room temperature for 1 hour. 6. Preheat your oven to 490°F with a Dutch oven inside. 7. Dust the top with flour and score the top 🔪. 8. Transfer the dough with parchment paper into the hot Dutch oven, cover with the lid, and bake at 490°F for 15 minutes. 9. Remove the lid, lower the heat to 420°F, and bake for another 20 minutes until golden brown. 10. Let it cool down for 30 minutes before slicing (don’t cut it right away like I did! 🙈) #homemadebread #easybread #breadmaking #breadrecipe #recipes
