white chocolate chip cookies 🤍✨ recipe: 8-12 cookies !! 1 cup salted butter, softened (226g) 1 cup brown sugar (200g) 1/2 cup granulated sugar (100g) 1 large egg 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp vanilla (15g) 3 cups all-purpose flour (360g) 2 tbsp cornstarch (16g) 1/2 tsp baking soda (3g) 1/2 tsp salt (3g) white chocolate chips (measure with your heart ) & white chocolate chunks in a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until fully combined. fold in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined. fold in the white chocolate chips. scoop the cookies ( i used a 4 oz cookie scoop ) flatten them then stuff a piece of chocolate inside and and shape them into a cone shape place onto a parchment lined baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between each cookie. bake at 375f until the edges are lightly golden but the centers still look slightly underbaked. while the cookies are still warm, use a cookie cutter or cup to gently shape them into perfect circles. allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring!! optional: pour melted white chocolate on a parchment lined cookie sheet and place the cookie on top. let cool before serving ! ( depending on which brand you use the cookies might take longer to set with the chocolate underneath! ) #whitechocolate #cookies #chocolatechipcookies #Recipe #baking
