I like Claudia as a character, not saying she has to be perfect but there are a bunch of people acting like she has done nothing wrong at all. For some reason, people refuse to see and admit that the characters are all bad people while also being compelling.

In my opinion she’s allowed to use Louis all she wants. She literally didn’t ask to be turned into a vampire and be stuck in a frustrating liminal state in terms of age for eternity to essentially be a band-aid baby for two drama queens.

Also, I think that Claudia wasn’t just made because Louis felt bad. She was made to act as the glue to Lestat and Louis’ toxic dynamic. Like how those toxic couple influences who would do us all a favor by breaking up, decide to have a baby hoping the baby will fix whatever is wrong or broken in a relationship that was or is essentially already over.

They literally aged he up so we would see that… in the book she would catch her food by being helpless ….and they were incredibly stupid as parents and makers….they can’t be trusted with a junk yard dog
