For years I couldn't figure out why my skin always looked dull and inflamed until I stopped doing manual exfoliation on my face. My skin is way too sensitive for all that scrubbing. Once I switched to chemical exfoliating my skin got a million times better

I enjoy using a silicone lip brush for crevasses especially. I'm disabled and can't use my hands to wash my face very well, and lip scrubers really help. a toothbrush is the LAST thing I'd use tbough lol.
