No I believe the One Wish Willow was held liable as the magic can easily be demonstrated in court as working (just wish "I wish that table in the corner was green" or something - reminder that the wishes aren't tricks they're literal, it was only evil bc Bear's wish was, Ian's was given no strings attached), the manufacturers are imprisoned and charged for her mental health treatment, and she is now living a peaceful life with a best selling novel about consent

I stand by the belief that she would at worst be able to plead insanity reliably and at best that company COULD be held liable because, as we saw with Ian, the functionality of the One WIsh Willow is provable.
