Hey Amy. I've been watching your videos for a while now, and I absolutely love them so much. You have helped me in so many ways. I've been trying to communicate with spirits too, and I do have my days where I do feel them, but I have a hard time actually communicating to them. I have ADHD and Autism, so my brain is constantly busy and extremely loud, and I over think everything. So I tend to have a really really hard time figuring out what the spirits are trying to tell me, or show me. I do tend to ground myself before channeling, so the voices do quieten a bit, but they never go away unfortunately. And I would truly love to understand what the spirits are saying.
