The sad part is she won’t get any dime out of this….. she can sue the felon but you can’t squeeze lemon out of a rock. Specially for people who don’t care about having DL or a job. Police department won’t pay cause it’s stated in the law they are not liable for anything during a crime being committed. She will need to go through her insurance which will suck cause it will go up even if it not at fault. Poor girl :(
