@pragatikunwer: I almost paid someone to build my business an AI agent. Turns out an AI agent is just a folder with a plain-English note in it, a file called SKILL.md, and I built it myself in an afternoon. No code. The job I picked was the weekly update I send my customers, the one I always put off.
