Barbell Row – One of the best exercises for overall back size, but your lower back can become the limiting factor. Chest-Supported T-Bar Row – Stable, easy to push hard, and amazing for building a thick mid-back. Weighted Pull-Up – Probably one of the best back exercises if you're strong enough to do it with good form.
