In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, vanilla bean paste, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Stir until well mixed. 2. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Generously brush the cut sides with the butter mixture. 3. Place the peaches cut-side up in the air fryer. ● Air fry at 350°F for 10 minutes. ● Then increase the temperature to 400°F and air fry for an additional 7 minutes, or until the peaches are caramelized and tender. 4. Transfer the warm peaches to a serving dish. Spoon any remaining butter mixture over the top, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream, sprinkle with granola, and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt. (You can do this for breakfast & replace ice cream with cottage cheese)
