@ameliaaruby_: This cooler winter weather is really throwing me off with making sourdough!! I think it needed to bulk ferment for a bit longer because the loaf was a bit smaller/quite a bit more dense than normal? Note to self to let it bulk ferment longer and see if that improves it ✍️ But tbh it was still yum with loads of butter 🧈 🍞 Also I want to try make pretty patterns on the loaves, I tried today and it looked like I hacked at it but practise makes perfect right 😅🙊 #sourdough #sourdoughbread #sourdoughbeginner
