definitely doesn't feel like a coincidence, and that's exactly what it feels like I've been doing since I left him, deconstructing my life, having epiphanies, he wasn't oc, just a covert narcissist, they seem to have the same playbook, and so much manipulation happened, it really is like a puzzle, a really traumatizing puzzle, the realizations are never fun

It’s so hard to start to realise things were not what they seemed to be😞. I felt so stupid when i started reconstructing parts of my life. And most of the people listening will not understand what it is to be in the middle of it. But i’m just so tired girl… when do we finally heal and understand evtg😭😭
