Also I went to a job fair and one of the booths was in-n-out. I have 10 years of restaurant management under my belt and was talking to the recruiter and she told me I had to start as a line cook or cleaner cause they don't hire higher than those positions. as she put it the company doesn't believe in "handouts" you know unlike inheriting billions
