So true, in France as well. Despite history, economy (theory only) science and a little bit philosophy class, it’s often low level before superior education (especially philosophy). Also we often repeat elementary school programs in middle schools (waste time) and lower criteria so more people pass exams and graduates. For practical skills it’s usually professional type of middle or high school but can’t have both education at same time.

i guess it depends of where you come from because in my country you can choose to have masonery, carpentry, car mecanics, cooking, farming classes, and so much more if you want

Depends on which education you pick. There are educations for working on cars, building a house, being a farmer, also stress is subjective, and how our bodies work were taught in biology and nutrition was taught in cooking class, history is taught, and philosophy is kind of taught. I don’t know anout your school, but pretty much all of this was included in my education (except for cars and houses, since I focused on economics).

This depends on the country. In my country, there are specialized high schools where you can delve deeply into a specific direction, such as engineering, biology, or economics etc (you simply cannot be very knowledgeable in everything, even scientists do not do that).
