Honestly it depends on the day. Some days I’m using B roll where they’re screaming in the background and using a voiceover 🤣 other days my hubby will take them to the park and I’ll batch like a fiend while they’re gone. 3.5 year old twin boys and a 22 month old girl. It’s looney here!

I’m a full time mom to toddlers and a full time ttshop affiliate. 1) shoot b-roll videos with kids around, do voiceover at night 2) film their little hands playing with a ttshop toy (I don’t use their faces in videos) 3) do quick videos while they’re occupied eating a popsicle or a snack 4) set up something that will occupy them for a little while - play dough or water table 5) film things throughout the day… making their breakfast on a pan you got from ttshop? Film it

Full time hairstylist. Full time mom. Full time affiliate. There aren’t enough hours in the day. I have one day a week dedicated for filming. The kids know mommy’s working and need to entertain themselves. I do mostly faceless recording on the weekends and do voiceovers to cut out kid noise. They like helping me set up. It’s a challenge but I make it work. Editing is done mostly at night while they’re sleeping.

A few ways 🙃 batch film when a grandparent is helping out, film/edit during nap time, or film b-roll and do voiceover after. It’s definitely hard, but when there is a will there is a way! I’m learning it’s helpful to have work blocks as well.. for my mental health and for my family - to know “mommy is working” so I’m not as available as I normally am. I have 3, oldest just turned 5 and it’s been hectic, but it’s possible! 🫶🏻

Having a structured schedule is a must for me!! Trying to get one or two days a week to batch film, film when they nap and then when school is back in session… so much easier!!! Some weeks are easier than others 😅

Also just promoting products you genuinely love and use every day so you can record and post any time you use them! Kids products and toys especially! And invest in a good mic to cut out background noise!

Get up earlier, stay up later, utilize nap time, schedule a time of day and certain days of the week for recording. I have my three kids 24/7. One of them being a newborn. It’s wild around here 😂

Invest in a noise canceling microphone. A good one. Focus on kid products so they can be apart of it. I keep my kids out of the videos and only show their hands or backs. And lots of voiceovers when they go to bed 🤣

From my experience, it’s a challenge but nothing I can’t overcome. They keep me busy and give me inspiration but also remind me what’s most important in life. My family and God. You’ll do great, #motherhood

Slowing down to speed up. Take a day to figure out what products you’re gonna hit for the week. Gather scripts, hooks or bullet points for the products that week and then stick to the plan at nap time, independent play time or after they go to bed. I personally do not like filming at night so batching as much as I can if I can get a babysitter for a day or 2. Also… B ROLLLLL and voiceovers 😂

i’m fighting for my life honestly… batch filming during nap time helps. I try night filming when they’re asleep but i just can’t get the light right. Keeping up with emails and dms is also a challenge for me.

I have a 2 year old and 4 year old. I try to Bach film the majority of my videos on the weekend and post them through the days. When my husband is home and is able to watch them for a few hours. Other than that most of my videos will be filmed with them around and I will just have to do voice overs at night when they are sleeping. There is truly no perfect way with kids, you just gotta make it happen some how because you have no other option 🥲

I never thought I could love you more than I do, but I do now … you are so kind and compassionate and to even consider a mom affiliate and thinking of us is just so sweet. I edit my videos while I’m cooking dinner. I don’t recommend it also every time I use a product, I make a video so when I wash my face, I get dressed what clothes I’m wearing what jewelry I’m wearing I kind of just implement into my day and really just when everybody’s sleeping is when I get to the grind. so I’m losing a lot of sleep and I don’t have any extra time. I know it’ll be worth it in the end. I’m working hard now so I can provide a new home for my kids. If you have a family member or a friend that can help you with your baby while you are filming that would be really really helpful especially if you are a new mom I wish I lived by my family so I would have people to help me, but I have never had childcare in the 20 years. I have been alone and that’s really hard. I don’t wish that on anyone so definitely being near family or friends that can definitely help you out in a long run.

My kids are home for summer and it’s harddd! I’ve been doing mostly faceless with voiceovers lately. It’s easier with them home.
