The first pizza I made was terrible, but then I learned and bought the right flour, fresh mozzarella and pizza sauce. What a difference it made. From terrible pizza to expensive terrible pizza

Biggest thing for us was making our dough correctly & pre heating our pizza oven for 45 minutes prior. We use @It’s-a-me Amodio pizza dough recipe and it turns out perfect every time

I made six pizzas last night, that fed 6 people, I've spent 2 Euros in flour and 8 Euros in ingredients. So 10 Euros or 11,4 USD, i also make good pizza's. Imagine how much would I spend If I have ordered 🙂

Hear me out… just go buy the uncooked dough from your favorite local pizza joint. Most of them will sell it to you uncooked. It’s so much better and easier this way.

I sympathize with you. I had my troubles in the beginning also. something I learned, don't use the small Mozzarella pearls. What could happen you say? They all rolled off when I tried to launch the pizza from the peel. It's amazing how big a fire one can produce with Mozzarella pearls...
