there's one thing that my 'therapist' says that sticks with me and helps me through so many hard times. "when you're on the verge of sinking into your thoughts, you have to keep moving. no matter how small, no matter how big. because when you are moving, you are being present. by being present, not only you will realize things aren't that bad, but you will also find reasons to keep going." that really helped me a lot to keep going.

I wish him well. He’s so lucky to have youuu!! Here in the Philippines, when someone has conditions like Schizophrenia, most people automatically call them crazy or “baliw” in our language. Going to a therapy is also highly stigmatized here that’s why many people chose to just silently battle with their minds. I just wish we could be more open and educated about this so we can help more people, especially our own families/relatives. 🥹🥹

with my aunt who has schizo too, I always treat her with a haircut or pizza and she would be so happy then. Sometimes I give her time to talk about her stuff and her "friends" 😅 iykyk but that makes her feel loved and it helps her everytime.
