this will definitely get buried but I'm a Personal Support Worker. It is almost impossible to dress someone with cognitive or mobility challenges in clothes that fit properly. they almost always need to be at least a size larger to prevent shearing or bruising of the skin. people who think they still know how to dress themselves (but sadly don't) are the worst. They get so frustrated that they can hurt themselves putting an arm through a sleeve.

Also the trousers have to be baggy to disguise the diapers, and he can't get custom fitted by a tailor (because that would, again, reveal the diapers), so he's buying rack sized suits big enough to cover his groinal situation, and ending up with Comically massive jackets.

This is what I thought about when they were mad at Zelensky for not wearing a suit. At least Zelensky’s clothes fit him properly and he did not look like he was wearing someone else’s ill fitted suit.

part of it is now he is trying to conceal wearing things for incontinence. And probably something on his legs to deal with the fluid retention because of heart problems. and I wouldn't be surprised by more cardiac monitoring and assistance stuff on his torso. And probably, at some point body armor. because he is paranoid.
