cookies & cream stuffed cookies 🖤🤍 recipe below! Cookies & Cream Stuffed Cookies Ingredients * 10-12 ounces cookies & cream spread, divided into 12 portions (about 1–2 teaspoons each) * 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened * 1/2 cup granulated sugar * 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed * 1 large egg, room temperature * 2 teaspoons vanilla extract * 2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned & leveled * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda * 1/4 teaspoon salt * 12 oreo cookies, crushed * 6 oreo cookies, halved for topping   Instructions 1. Line a small baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. Scoop 1–2 teaspoons of cookies & cream spread into 12 equal portions and place on the parchment. Freeze for at least 1 hour, or until firm. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. 3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until light and fluffy (about 1 minute). 4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until fully combined. Avoid over mixing. 6. Gently mix in the chopped oreo cookies until evenly distributed. 7. Scoop 2–3 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball. Flatten the dough into a disc and create a small well in the center. Place one frozen cookies & cream filling in the middle, then wrap the dough completely around it and seal the edges. Roll gently into a smooth ball. 8. **If the dough becomes warm while assembling, chill the filled cookie dough balls for 10–15 minutes before baking to help prevent spreading. 9. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 12–13 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers still look slightly soft. 10. Optional finishing touch: As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, gently press half an Oreo into the top of each cookie for a bakery-style finish. 11. Let cookies sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Note: Different cookies & cream spreads can vary in consistency. If your filling softens quickly while assembling the cookies, simply pop it back in the freezer for a few minutes before continuing. #baking #cookies #EasyRecipe #bakinginspo #bakingtips
