@mattie.moon: Easy Toddler Snacks to Bake During Naptime: BANANA BREAD BARS These are a fan favorite in our house 🍌 INGREDIENTS: • 3 large ripe bananas • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil • 2 large eggs • I tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 1/2 cup milk • 1/4 cup maple syrup • 2 cups all-purpose flour (we use almond flour to make it GF) • 2 tsp ground cinnamon • I tsp baking powder • I/2 tsp baking soda • 1/4 tsp salt DIRECTIONS: • preheat oven to 350°f • mash up bananas then mix together the coconut oil, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, milk, and maple syrup • mix in the remaining dry ingredients and then pour batter into silicone granola bar molds (don’t fill them too high!) • bake until cooked through (with my oven it’s usually about 18 minutes) • let cool for 10 mins in the mold and then move to cooling rack • Enjoy!! #toddlersnacks #easytoddlerrecipes #bananabread #cookingwithkids #toddlerfoodideas
