I'm primarily medical, but this side has woken up for me recently. I wanna pass along the similar point of education that progression can look like unconscious incompetence -> conscious incompetence -> conscious competence and the responsibility of being a seer/provider feels incredibly heavy. The dunning-kruger effect of as an expert you feel you know nothing and thus may be influenced recklessly when the confidence should be driven internally, it's a real fear, but it's an excellent sign you're where you need to be. I recently came across the concepts of wellness coaching, and the most potent messages take into account behavioral change models that account for readiness for change (or receiving messages). The most pivotal actions are often self-driven. Asking someone how they plan to change or form an action plan when provided new information can help us guide and copilot them on their journey, but it is heavy and counter productive to attempt to both provide this information and pilot someone else's life path. It is scary, and that's a very positive sign for you/us. I assume our guides feel the same way when attempting to communicate with us but still recognizing the limits of messaging and whether or not we are ready to change and interrupt cycles. The ability to stay as a learner is vital, that curiosity is so human. Also love that the sound you picked is from NINAH, since that is likely how the algo brought me to leave this comment for you 🥰 Also to comment on Cassandra's syndrome, women are taught early in life to doubt themselves and their intuition, and this is a very real constraint/method of externalized control, but we have to ask is this even real or justified. Is the fear of being wrong really that large of a possibility for you to be taking up this much concern? You already know what messages from the ego feel like, and your discernment is a natural trait you have already demonstrated as a tried and true skill you've refined.

This, I haven't watched the whole video and I needed to make a comment. My deadname is a version of the name Cassandra, but spelled differently and pronounced differently. However, the myth and the complex within itself still heavily hits home for me as it hadn't hit me of this complex that I had been struggling with not just within myself but with others as well too. After years, 6 years now and continuing this is something that I have brought up in my therapy work and also have brought up to continue to process and chew. It's terrifying because when you've gone your whole life waiting for the other shoe to drop on top of continuously doubting oneself and your own power - suddenly when things start aligning it's frightening. it's crazy how this video pops up when I had a very similar discussion with my therapist and friend about this.

i’ve been talked out of my sight my whole life and i’m trying to believe in myself/ my sight nowadays, because in the past i would shrug off what i saw & it would come true anyways. it is scary! but what a gift to be able to prepare when you can if that’s something that’s possible when getting sight on something that is yet to unfold.
