I used to have reallllll real bad acne. I started putting sudocrem on my face before bed, then the next morning use a cloth and warm water to wash it off then literally just rinse your face with just cold water and then Vaseline as your moisturiser. works like wonders, face clear. just make sure your drinking a lot of water aswell.

this was the only trick that helped until i realised as a darker skin lady that nappy cream was lighting my skin so I moved onto pawpaw macadamia nut oil... helps so much & no more bleaching my skin 🥰

Dermatology nurse friend explained this one to me — it's the zinc oxide that works, so it's actually decent as an overnight spot treatment. But full face is risky, it's designed to be a waterproof barrier so it can trap oil and break you out, plus the lanolin is a common allergen. Dab it on pimples, don't mask it 💀

i mean this from the bottom of my heart. You just apply a thin layer with your fingers and rub it in. Then wash it off in the morning, and do skin care. Like whys everyone plastering it on? I've been doing this since I was 13. The toothbrush bristles if really hard can damage the capillaries under your skin. I'm being a girls girl and a qualified beautician ❤️

Hey licensed aesthetician so dipper rash cream is good for any in flamatiok on the face even Millia that’s what makes the skin sore not so red and smooth the brushing has not mush effect other that a form of exfoliation so this is good but the toothbrush has no significants
