guys the point is that gender roles and the patriarchy are harmful to EVERYONE. Men are usually at an advantage in most circumstances but hygiene, expressing emotions other than anger, and fashion is considered “gay”. Women constantly have to work twice as hard to be appreciated and have to be aware of our surroundings just to feel safe. It’s an issue for everyone.
