Mota chawal (Khichdi) charsadda chawal😍 Ingredients * 1 glass pudding rice, soaked for 1 hour * ½ cup oil * 1 onion * 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * ½ tbsp turmeric powder * ½ tbsp red chilli powder * 600 g boneless lamb * 1 tbsp coriander powder * 1 tbsp cumin powder * 2 whole dried red chillies * 2 tomatoes, chopped * 1 tbsp black pepper powder * 1 tbsp garam masala * 1 tbsp salt (or to taste) * 3 glasses water Method: 1. Soak the rice for 1 hour. 2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the sliced onion until lightly golden. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, and red chilli powder, lamb, coriander powder, cumin, dried red chillies, tomatoes, black pepper, garam masala, salt, and water. Pressure cook for about 30 minutes after the first whistle, or until the meat is tender. 4. Remove the meat, shred it, and return it to the cooker. 5. Add the soaked rice, close the lid, and cook for 5–8 minutes on low heat after the first whistle. 6. Open the lid and gently mix until the rice becomes sticky and the lamb is evenly shredded throughout. 7. Serve hot with tomato chutney. #charsaddachawal #chawal #khichri #fyp #trending
