Actually since it’s so hard to catch PMD riders breaking traffic rules, why not remove any form of legal protection for them on the roads? If they get hit, they pay for their own medical expenses and the drivers damages, no blame will be placed on the driver.

Sorry to say that, all these riders on illegal PMD like to drive out during late at night or after mid night. While our enforcement are sleeping. Thats why no one get caught.

Haha. Now they even go onto KPE tunnel. They had been speeding thru neighbourhood road around my area in bukit panjang. Mostly saw them in the morning time. Traffic police or LTA enforcement? Where are you? Sleeping?
